Cognex ViDi Suite simplifies the automatic inspection of complex fabric patterns including weaving, knitting, braiding, finishing and printing. With no tedious software development required, the software algorithm trains itself on a set of known good samples to create its reference models. The inspection identifies and reports defective areas on the fabric while tolerating large but irrelevant variations in its appearance.
