Cognex vision systems come with a one-year limited warranty and complimentary technical support via email, phone, and online knowledge database. Before your warranty expires, we recommend our Extended Warranty Program, which provides an extended hardware warranty and the guaranteed shipment of a permanent replacement system within 2 business days of a reported system failure.

How you configure and install your vision system depends on your company's level of vision expertise, the complexity of your application, and your time-to-market demands. If you choose to configure and install a vision system on your own, Cognex recommends staffing two skilled workers, at a minimum, that are trained to operate and maintain the system. To that end, Cognex offers a variety of training options including classes at Customer Education Centers around the world, onsite customer training, on-demand training videos, and custom training solutions.

An additional option for configuring and installing your system includes hiring an approved third-party system integrator to get your system operational and calibrated. System integrators can help you tackle complex mechanical and electrical interfacing requirements.

When your priority is to solve complex inspection tasks, you can purchase Cognex Fast Track Services, which are available almost everywhere around the globe. A Fast Track Services team uses their vision and application expertise to ensure that you get the most powerful and reliable solution while meeting your time-to-market requirements.

All Cognex products come with complimentary technical support from experienced vision engineers that you can access by phone, email, and online knowledge database. Cognex engineers can remotely connect to your system to help solve your problem.
