Ensure parts and components are assembled correctly
A printed circuit board, or PCB, is one of the most important inventions of the past century. With almost every electronic device containing some form of PCB, they are one of the most manufactured items around the world. As devices continue to shrink and production times are sped up, manufacturing PCBs will continue to be increasingly more challenging.
The PCB assembly process features complex alignment, glue bead adhesive or soldering steps, and the printing or etching of conductive lines. In addition, all small component connections need to be free from defects and properly assembled onto the circuit board. All these items need to be created and assembled properly to reduce wasted materials and prevent errors with the larger devices down the line. Ensure each section of your PCB production is error-free by inspecting them throughout the manufacturing process.
