3D Tire DOT Code Reading Solution

With Cognex's 3D DOT code solution, an array of sensor heads are mounted above or below your existing line configuration. The 3D images of the tires are then stitched together into one image. The Cognex solution locates and reads the alphanumeric DOT codes of every tire that passes across the belt. This solution can read DOT codes on any tire model, size, diameter, width, or font style.
