Cognex has responded to industry’s need to inspect objects even faster with In-Sight 500. This new high‐performance, fixed‐mount vision system can acquire images at speeds as high as 500 frames per second (fps). At 500fps, In-Sight will keep up with even the fastest production lines.

In-Sight 500 is powered by a proprietary vision chip technology, Cognex VSoC™ (Vision System on a Chip), which gives this vision system the power to acquire images with windowed acquisition at such high speeds.

The rugged IP65‐rated housing, fast acquisition speed and powerful processor make the In-Sight 500 ideal for applications requiring relatively simple inspection applications.
