Cognex Declares Cash Dividend for Q1 2008
NATICK, MA, April 17, 2008 — Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced today that the company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share. This dividend is payable on June 13, 2008, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2008. This is Cognex’s twentieth consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
