A DS1000 creates a 3D image of each complete insole in a single scan. Once the image is acquired, a Cross Section tool can be applied at intervals, checking the rise of the edge of the insole to ensure quality and consistency.
Since the DS1000 provides 100% checks on every single insole, quality of the end product increased dramatically. Defective insoles werefound earlier in the manufacturing process and were prevented from being placed in shoes.
