Vision Sensors: Checker 4G Series
Easy, reliable and flexible
The Checker® 4G series of vision sensors offers unmatched performance and flexibility to solve even the most difficult applications. The Checker 4G series offers the same powerful and easy to use setup Checker is known for plus Ethernet networking for remote setup and monitoring, PLC communication through EtherNet/IP and PROFINET and the ability to save images of every inspection to an FTP server. Like all Checker vision sensors, the 4G series integrates lighting, optics, camera, processor and I/O in an industrial IP67 housing—all in a package small enough to fit into the tightest of spaces.
Choose your own configuration when you need it. In any mode, Checker can perform multiple “checks” on each product you manufacture.
- Presence sensors verify that features are present.
- Measurement sensors verify that features are the correct height, width and/or diameter.
The Checker 4G models also provide additional flexibility through a number of unique features:
